The hotel met expectations. Booked the venue for its lovely and beautiful location not far from nearby Birmingham and local Christmas markets as well as Moseley Farm. - the food was excellent and outstanding. - the staff was accommodating and affable. - We would consider staying here again.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would consider staying here again. Location: the hotel was right by town centre, good pubs, and Worcester. Plus there was a lake, within 30 minutes walk or so. The breakfast offered lots of decent meals.
Everything is what i need and want.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is commendable – from the basic amenities provided in the rooms to the lovely view of the surrounding farmland. The location is convenient, as it is not far from the town centre and close to St. John's University campus.
All was well during my stay.

Close to St John's university campus and just a short distance from the town centre. Friendly and attentive staff. Basic amenities provided, including a microwave in the dining room and lovely views over fields. Breakfast options available at an affordable price, with cereal items at just 50p each.
Everything was just fine during our stay at this hotel.

Arrived at night with sat nav, had name on door, room cosy and warm. Liked pre-ordered breakfast. Beautiful countryside, friendly owners, tasty cooked breakfast. Stayed another night. Can't wait to return. Valentines + rugby = perfect weekend. Thanks!
